Thank you for playing Cube Drop: Brain Block Game ("the App", "the Game"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App. We believe in plain language — no legal jargon.

We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information about you. Cube Drop is a fully offline puzzle game. All game data (your score, best score, settings) is stored only on your own device using Android SharedPreferences and never leaves your device.

The App stores the following data locally on your device only, using Android's SharedPreferences. This data is never transmitted anywhere:

4. Internet & Permissions

Cube Drop: Brain Block Game is an offline-only game. It does not require an internet connection to play.

The App requests no sensitive Android permissions. It does not access:

Internet / Network
Camera or Microphone
Location (GPS or network-based)
Contacts or Phone
Storage (external files)
Device identifiers (IMEI, Advertising ID)

5. Third-Party Services & SDKs

The current version of Cube Drop does not include any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or crash reporting services. We do not use:

Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics
Google AdMob or any other ad network
Facebook SDK
Crashlytics or similar crash reporters
Any social login (Google Sign-In, Facebook Login, etc.)

Note: If a future update adds advertising or analytics, this Privacy Policy will be updated before the update is published, and users will be notified via the "What's New" section in the Play Store listing.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Cube Drop: Brain Block Game is suitable for all ages, including children under 13. Because we do not collect any personal data from any user, we are fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or from any user of any age.

7. European Users — GDPR

Since we do not collect, process, or store any personal data, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) does not impose additional obligations on us beyond this disclosure.

European Union users have the following rights under GDPR. In our case, all rights are automatically satisfied since no personal data exists:

Right of Access — We hold no data about you.
Right to Erasure — Uninstalling the App deletes all local data from your device.
Right to Data Portability — No data to export.
Right to Object — No processing to object to.

8. California Users — CCPA

Since we do not sell, share, or monetize any personal information, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) does not apply to our data practices. California residents have all the same rights as other users — and since we collect no data, those rights are automatically fully satisfied.

9. Data Security

All game data is stored locally on your device using Android's standard SharedPreferences mechanism, which is sandboxed to the App and inaccessible to other apps. We employ no servers, databases, or cloud storage.

If your device is lost, stolen, or reset, your game progress will be lost as it exists only on the device. We recommend using Android's built-in backup features if you wish to preserve your scores.

10. Data Retention & Deletion

Game data (scores and preferences) is retained on your device as long as the App is installed. To delete all data:

Go to Android Settings → Apps → Cube Drop
Tap "Clear Data" — this erases all scores and preferences
Or simply uninstall the App

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will:

Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
Mention the update in the Play Store "What's New" section

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
